Seahawk Cove Parking Policy To ensure adequate parking for residents and maintain an orderly community, all vehicles parked on Seahawk Cove property must comply with the following parking policy: Parking Permit Required All vehicles parked at Seahawk Cove must display a valid Seahawk Cove parking permit issued by the Leasing Office. Parking permits must be clearly displayed as instructed by management at all times. Residents are responsible for obtaining parking permits for their authorized vehicles. Visitor Parking Visitors must park only in designated visitor parking areas and comply with any visitor parking registration requirements established by management. Visitor vehicles parked outside of designated areas or in violation of this policy may be subject to towing. Unauthorized Vehicles The following vehicles are considered unauthorized and may be towed without prior notice: Vehicles not displaying a valid parking permit. Vehicles parked in fire lanes, accessible spaces without proper authorization, reserved spaces, or other restricted areas. Abandoned, inoperable, or improperly registered vehicles. Vehicles creating a safety hazard or obstructing traffic. Towing Any vehicle found in violation of this policy may be towed at the vehicle owner's sole expense. Seahawk Cove, Hyperion Residential Group LLC d/b/a Thesis Student Living, and the property owner assume no responsibility for vehicles that are towed due to parking policy violations.
